About the Company and Project

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company executing the World Bank funded 'Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)'. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our Head Office in Lahore.

Job Overview

The Deputy Manager Audit will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, and assessing risks. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity and accountability of the organization and its projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in the audit of public expenditure and fiduciary controls.

Eligibility Criteria

Option 1:
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce.
Experience: In general, 05 years of relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc.

OR

Option 2:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences.
Experience: In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, Audit of public expenditure, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc.

Important Notes

• Salaries will be market-based.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• All posts will be on contract basis. Initial contract period is 03 years which is further extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.
