Required Qualification & Experience

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in Public Policy, Law, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in dealing with regulatory and policy issues (including legal/regulatory compliance), preferably in a multilateral, multinational, or public sector organization. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of relevant policies, laws, regulations, and procedures, with expertise in handling legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks. Should have a strong understanding of PPPs, both policy and transactions aspects (including relating to planning and research). The age of the candidate shall not exceed 60 years as of the date of this advertisement.
