Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing & Business Development

Job Purpose

This position is responsible to conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic planning and operational efficiency. The position will lead regular business development and special projects identified in the business strategy and manage special projects from conception to completion; develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and performance; also explore new clients/customers on domestic and international levels.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration or a related field.
Age: 32-38 years.
Experience: 7-13 years of related experience in business analysis, project management or a related role with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
