About the Role

Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu invites applications for the full-time position of Dean for Bannu Medical College. The institution is looking for a dynamic and experienced medical academic to lead the college. This is a prestigious opportunity offering an initial appointment for a period of 05 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The Dean will play a crucial role in medical education and research.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• A medical academic with either a Ph.D degree or a medical qualification such as MB,BS or equivalent, plus a higher Diploma, such as a FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, or a US Board certification or equivalent.
• Should possess a National and, preferably, international reputation in his/her field, which may be in the basic or clinical sciences.
• A minimum of seven (07) years of administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program, or institution.
• Demonstrated recognized leadership qualities, a strong track record in teaching, and a commitment to medical education and research.
• Gender: Male & Female
• Age Limit: 40 to 65 years

General Information

The initial appointment will be for a period of 05 years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
The selection process will be conducted by a selection committee constituted by the Board, and the final appointment will be made by the Board of Governors (BoG).
