Organization Overview

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu has been designated as an autonomous institution with a Board of Governors, prescribed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act 2015 (Amended from time to time). The Office of the Nursing Director is inviting applications for the position of Principal.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) from an HEC recognized University.
• Registered with Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council.
• A total of 5 years' experience attained after BSc Nursing (Generic)/Post RN, BScN, which must include 2 years of post-qualification academic experience attained after Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) serving as a Principal / Assistant Professor.
• At least 2 articles published in an HEC recognized Journal in the Nursing/Health Science field.

2. Submit the duly filled-in application form along with Biodata and attested photocopies of academic and experience certificates to the HR Department, MTI Bannu.
3. Include an application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- deposited through Bank Account No. 3003978558, Bank of Khyber, IBB KGNTH MTI Branch, Code 3205. The deposit slip should be in the name of 'Hospital Director, Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution MTI Bannu'. (Cheque/Pay order will not be acceptable).
4. Applications MUST also be submitted electronically via the website link: www.mtibannu.edu.pk. Hard copy only applications will not be accepted.
5. Applications must reach the HR Department, MTI Bannu on or before the last date during office hours.
6. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

Application Deadline

Applications must reach within two weeks after the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper. (Assuming publication around May 2nd, 2025, the estimated deadline is 16 May, 2025). If the closing date falls on a holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.

• Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date/time will be rejected.
• The services of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 (amended).
• No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview.
• Candidates may be disqualified/excluded for reasons including conviction, dismissal from public service, false information, suppression of information, attempts to obtain support through improper means, submitting forged certificates, tampering with entries, or misbehaving during the interview.
