Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Chauki, District Kasur, has announced 05 temporary/contractual vacancies for Data Entry Operators. This position is initially for a period of 89 days. The selected candidates will be responsible for various data entry tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing within the hospital. This Data Entry Operator job in Kasur requires dedicated individuals capable of handling computer-related tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Data Entry Operator position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: FA / F.Sc / I.Com / ICS or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Computer Skills: A 6-month computer diploma/course is mandatory. However, this condition may be waived for candidates who have studied Computer Science as a subject in their academic qualifications (e.g., ICS).
Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is required.
Experience: Candidates must possess extensive experience in Microsoft Office and at least 3 years of experience in computer hardware from a reputable/recognized institution.
Age Limit: The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 35 years.
Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in District Kasur. Preference will be given to residents of Tehsil Chauki. If suitable candidates from Tehsil Chauki are not available, candidates from other Tehsils of District Kasur will be considered based on merit.

Terms and Conditions

The recruitment will be purely on a temporary/contract basis for 89 days, and the selected individual will not have any right to claim permanent employment.
Daily wages will be paid according to the government's prescribed rates for skilled labor, subject to attendance.
Appointments will be made based on the prevailing rules and regulations of the government, and the orders issued will be considered final.
Service can be terminated at any time without prior notice in case of unsatisfactory performance.
The candidate will be required to work according to the shift schedule determined by the hospital administration.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

Application Process

Interested and eligible candidates should submit their applications along with attested copies of their educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile, computerized national identity card (CNIC), and two recent passport-size photographs to the office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Chauki, District Kasur.
Applications must be submitted by hand during office hours by July 01, 2025. Applications received through mail/post or after the due date will not be considered.
A typing test for eligible candidates will be held on July 07, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the office of the undersigned.
Interviews for the candidates who pass the typing test will be conducted on July 10, 2025, by the Recruitment Committee in the office of the undersigned.
Selected candidates will be informed via call letters.
Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
