Job Overview

The Ministry of Law and Justice is seeking to hire Stenotypists (BPS-14) to be stationed in Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Peshawar. Stenotypists are required to possess excellent shorthand and typing skills, along with computer literacy, to effectively support the operations of the ministry.

Key Responsibilities

The Stenotypist will be responsible for:
- Taking dictation in shorthand and transcribing it accurately.
- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintaining and organizing files.
- Providing administrative support to superiors.
- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

Qualification

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
(i) Intermediate qualification.
(ii) Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively.
(iii) Must be computer literate.

Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
