Charcoal (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional for the position of Data Analyst at our Head Office located near Pak Arab Society, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. This Full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in data analysis, supply chain, and business intelligence. You will play a crucial role in turning data into insights and driving supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Charcoal (Pvt.) Ltd., your core duties will include:

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from ERP and other business systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, and slow/fast-moving products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and interactive dashboards.
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Track purchase orders, stock transfers, and warehouse performance.
• Identify stock-out and overstock risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate inventory planning and procurement analysis reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead times.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for Supply Chain Management.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain master data quality.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Requirements & Technical Skills

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas), Power BI (Preferred), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), and data visualization and dashboard development.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent attention to detail and time management.
