Project Overview

Applications are invited to fill 06 positions at the 'Isolation Hospital and Infections Treatment Centre (IHITC)' Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Appointments will be on a contract basis for a period of 01 year initially, OR till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. This position is for a Consultant Implementation (PPS-10).

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations with proven exposure to banking, finance, and pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong command over managing large-scale operations, logistics, and performance systems.
• Expert in Budgeting, Fund Management, Cost Control, Policies and financial compliance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical procurement, distribution, and medicine supply chain management is must.
• Deep understanding of local communities, healthcare accessibility challenges, and service delivery needs.
• Energetic, adaptive leader with excellent coordination, communication, and crisis management skills.

General Instructions/Information

Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submission of applications (Max Age: 35 to 55 Years). Candidates already in Govt. Service should send their applications through the proper channel. Eligibility of a candidate will be determined on the basis of academic qualification, experience, age, etc. Information provided in the application forms will be verified. Incomplete applications, advance copy as well as received after the due date shall not be entertained. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview. The Competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
