About the Assignment

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy firms or individuals with a strong track record. The selected consultant will support PRCS in strengthening its financial sustainability, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning. The assignment comprises three key components: Financial Analysis, Market Assessment, and Stakeholder Perception Assessment.

Scope of Work and Timeline

The assignment is expected to be completed within 10 weeks approximately from the date of contract commencement. These studies can be commissioned to individual consultants; however, it would be preferred to have one company or consultancy firm to ensure complementarity while conducting these studies. Interested and eligible firms or individuals are invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference.

How to Apply

To obtain the EOI/Tender documents, interested firms may submit a written request on their official letterhead to PRCS Office at the address mentioned below, or request the tender documents via email to [email protected]. The Bidding Documents could also be downloaded from Brightspyre and from the PRCS website at www.prcs.org.pk.

Sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit on or before 07 September, 2026 by 15:00 p.m. (PST). Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 15:30 p.m. in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives. Submission after deadline would not be entertained.
