The Endowment Fund Trust for Preservation of the Heritage of Sindh (EFT), a non-profit organization focused on heritage preservation, is hiring professionals for its Karachi office.

Role Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will be involved in projects related to the preservation and restoration of Sindh's heritage sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Site supervision of construction and restoration works.
• Project management tasks.
• Ensuring adherence to construction practices and proper use of materials.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Utilizing relevant software like AutoCAD.
• Maintaining strong communication and preparing reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a PEC recognized university.
• Registration: PEC registration is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically in building restoration and construction supervision, preferably within Karachi.
• Skills: Expertise in site supervision, project management, knowledge of construction practices and materials, proficiency in interpreting drawings, competence in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
