Project Overview
The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, under the Government of the Punjab, is actively recruiting for various project posts for its unique 'Immersive Wildlife Experience (Cinema & Moving Theatre)' development project. This initiative aims to create an engaging and educational experience for the public. All positions are offered purely on a contract basis, extending until the Gestation Period of the Project, specifically until June 30, 2026. The primary place of posting for these roles is Lahore; however, the competent authority reserves the right to utilize the services of selected candidates across Punjab, depending on project needs.Job Responsibilities for Cinema Manager
As a Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the immersive wildlife cinema and moving theatre. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of technical equipment, managing staff, and enhancing the visitor experience. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a memorable and educational environment for all attendees. Experience with immersive and interactive technologies is highly preferred, as it aligns with the innovative nature of this project. The role requires a strong understanding of both cinema operations and the entertainment/hospitality industry.Qualifications and Experience Required
To be eligible for the Cinema Manager position, applicants must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) with a Second Division in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Film Studies, or any closely related field from a recognized university. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cinema management or a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industry is mandatory. Experience in private entities will be considered, provided that the entity is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms, or any other relevant regulatory authority/department. The maximum age limit for this position is 40 years.Application Process

No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for attending the test/interview. All candidates called for test/interview must present their original National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate, Transcripts, Certificates, Degrees of Educational Qualifications, and Experience Certificates. The department retains the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to not fill any vacancy without assigning any reason.
