About the Position

Balochistan Safe Cities Authority is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Chief Technical Officer. This is a contractual appointment offering an opportunity to lead technical strategies, infrastructure management, and project delivery at a high level.

Role and Responsibilities

The Chief Technical Officer will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership. Key responsibilities include advising the Director General on ICT-related matters, leading the planning and implementation of Safe City systems, formulating technology strategies, overseeing C4I systems, and managing technical teams, vendors, and service agreements.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must hold a minimum qualification of Master's or 4 years BS in Computer Sciences, IT, or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university. A minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management, software development, or IT leadership is required, with proven experience in developing technology strategies, leading technical teams, tier 3 level Data Center experience, and managing IT infrastructure.
