Job Overview

A progressive corporate sector organization, having an office in Islamabad, is looking for a competent, talented, and result-oriented individual for its Management Level position. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) post purely on a CONTRACT basis for a period as decided by the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Design and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
Revenue Growth: Direct sales, marketing, and global business development through market expansion and key portfolio management.
Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the CEO and C-suite to drive core strategic initiatives.
Market Expansion: Conduct market research, build business plans (proven track record of 3+ successful cases).
CRM: To Develop and oversee CRM systems.
Stakeholder Management: Build high-value relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
Performance & Compliance: Monitor commercial KPIs and enforce company policies, ethical standards, and resource management.

Qualification Criteria

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering with at least 5 years of sales & marketing related experience.
Industry experience of sale/projects of Satellite & Remote Sensing related products & services of at least 10 years.
Exceptional communication, executive leadership, and team management abilities.
