Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is a leading Public Utility Company within the power sector and operating its business of distributing electricity serving more than 5.8 Million customers in eight (08) districts of Punjab namely Faisalabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Jhang, T.T. Singh, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar. FESCO is actively looking for the services of a qualified professional to lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee enterprise-level IT systems.

Skills & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to ensure efficient and effective use of information and communications technologies at FESCO. Main responsibilities include:

• Develop IT strategy, IT policy, protocols and standards that support the goals and business needs of FESCO.
• Ensure compliance with IT strategy and processes.
• Oversee contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop IT budgets and manage all IT personnel and affairs of the IT department.
• Coordinate with other department heads to maximize effective delivery of IT services.

Qualification & Experience

Candidates must have a 16-years Bachelor Degree (Honours) or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, Robotics, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university. An 18-degree will be given preference. Minimum experience required is 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years relevant experience at a Senior Management role.
