Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of a recognized professional accountancy body. The role demands a minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years of demonstrated accounting experience as CFO, preferably within the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice to committees and senior management, collaborating effectively with external and internal Auditors to ensure financial integrity, and developing long-term financial plans. Furthermore, the CFO must possess the ability to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Expertise in ERP environments and procurement control systems is highly desirable for this role.
