Job Overview

A progressive corporate sector organization, having an office in Islamabad, is looking for a competent, talented, and result-oriented individual for its Management Level position.
Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the Chief Financial Officer post purely on a CONTRACT basis for a period as decided by the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives.
• Overseeing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting forecasting, and cash management.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with investors and lenders.
• Developing and implementing financial risk management strategies.
• Implementation of financial systems on suitable ERP management strategies.
• Processing of payments related to the import and export of products & services.
• Cost accounting experience in the manufacturing sector will be a plus.

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, CA, ACMA, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salient Points

• Compliance with selection criteria does not guarantee short-listing. If a large number of applicants fulfill the selection criteria, only the most suitable candidates having higher grades in respective degrees / relevant experience would be short-listed for interview.
• Market-based salary as recommended by the Selection Board will be offered.
• Candidates already in Government service should apply Through Proper Channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
• No TA / DA will be admissible for the interview.
