Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities

The Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and accounting activities. This includes preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities also include providing financial advice, managing financial risks, and implementing financial policies.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification from a recognized body of professional accountants including ICAP, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA with at least 08 years' post qualification experience in the relevant field; or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with such experience in budget, cash management, financial strategy making, regulatory matters preferably in public sector or such equivalent advanced qualification in the related sectors.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or public finance management, public policy and programs management.
• In-depth knowledge of all budgeting approaches specifically zero-based budgeting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting software and financial modeling tools.
