Punjab Land Development Company Limited (PLDC) operates under the Government of the Punjab. PLDC's mandate is to provide affordable and decent adobe to the people who have desires but don't have the resources to fulfill their basic needs of shelter. The company is looking for a result-oriented professional to lead the organization and drive its mission forward.

Job Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of PLDC. Key responsibilities include:

• Working under the guidance of the Board of Directors of (PLDC) and being primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Company.
• Implementing and managing the strategic work plans of the organization.
• Streamlining departmental/wing processes and systems to maximize operational performance.
• Ensuring project commitments are met and performance goals are achieved.
• Participating in Board meetings and relevant committee meetings of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

Education:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Social Sciences from an HEC recognized Pakistani or Foreign University.

Age, Experience & Skills:

• Maximum 62 years of age at the time of application.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in middle and top management.
• National/Global Company experience is preferred.
• A firm grasp of both non-profit and for-profit business models.
• Refined facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong staff development and management skills.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic planning, business acumen, and policy advocacy.
• Familiarity with public sector governance and regulatory frameworks.
• A proven track record in leading high-performance teams and organizations.
