Job Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the financial stability of Pakistan Railway Advisory & Consultancy Services (PRACS). This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex organizations and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Providing strategic direction and leadership to PRACS.
• Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.
• Ensuring the financial stability and sustainability of PRACS.
• Developing and implementing business plans and strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Managing and motivating a team of professionals.
• Representing PRACS in external forums and events.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Masters in engineering, business & public administration, project management, finance, economics, commerce, marketing or equivalent from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC or such other professional qualification relating to the core business of the company.
• The candidate must possess at least 20 years demonstrated experience with minimum ten years' accumulated experience at Senior Management level or Project Director or CEO or board member or head of department in similar organizations.

Age

Age limit: 62 years maximum

Appointment Details

The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years further extendable as per SOEs Act and SOEs Policy-2023, subject to satisfactory performance, as per defined KPIs and mutual consent of both parties.
