About PHA Foundation

PHA Foundation (PHAF) is a State-Owned Enterprise of the Government of Pakistan, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 with the mandate to promote, facilitate and regulate affordable housing schemes and urban development projects across Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria

At least Master's degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Urban Planning, Architecture, Development studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from a HEC Recognised University.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience at senior management positions.
Strong knowledge of government laws, rules and policies related to project management, public procurement and public financial management is mandatory.
The candidate must not have attained the age of 50 years as at the closing date of application.
