Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Pvt.) Ltd. is a public sector company owned by the Government of Punjab to construct and operate an RLNG based 1180MW Combined Cycle power plant at Bhikki, District Sheikhupura. The plant is producing cheap and reliable electricity and playing a pivotal role in eliminating the energy crisis in the country. We are seeking applications from highly qualified professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer who are willing to work diligently for the achievement of challenging targets.

Job Qualification and Experience

The requisite qualification and experience for the position is as follows:

• Qualification: Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) from a reputable institute recognized or accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in disciplines including Engineering, Energy Management, Power, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business Administration (Finance), Public Administration, Law or Chartered Accountancy. Higher qualification will be given preference.
• Experience: At least 20 years post qualification experience at public or private sector organizations, with no less than 05 years working in a senior management role at a power or energy project company/organization. Familiarity with public sector business processes and Government/business interface will be considered an added advantage.
• Age: Should not be above 62 Years as on the last date for submission of application.

2. Fill out the Declaration Form (Annexure B) on a non-judicial stamp paper, according to the required format.
These forms must clearly demonstrate the applicant's fitness and propriety for the position. Candidates must upload a detailed curriculum vitae, evidence of experience and qualification, a copy of CNIC, and HEC-verified degree(s). Academic degrees must be from an HEC-recognized University/Institution. In the case of an international degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided.

Shortlisting will be done based on qualifications and relevant experience. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
