Organization Overview

National Fertilizer Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited (NFC) operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan. The position is based at the Head Office in Lahore.

Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for:
a) The management of the company and for its procedures in financial and other matters under delegation from the board and subject to the oversight and directions of the board.
b) Ensuring the proper implementation of strategies and policies approved by the board.
c) Putting in place appropriate arrangements to ensure that funds and resources are properly safeguarded and are used economically, efficiently & effectively and in accordance with the company's business plan, the primary objective and all statutory obligations.

Qualification

Candidates must possess a Master/Graduate Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Management, Economics or equivalent from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC, or be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

Professional Experience

The candidate must possess demonstrated experience of not less than 15 years, which should include a minimum tenure of 2 years as Chief Executive or at a senior management level in a large-scale public or private sector organization.

Age Limit & Nationality

Applicants must be Pakistani Nationals and up to a maximum of 57 years old as on the closing date of submission of application.

Pay Package

A lumpsum salary will be offered up to Rs. 500,000/- per month. The package is negotiable (inclusive of all allowances & benefits) and commensurate with qualification & experience.
