Job Details

Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC) is looking for a Chief Executive Officer.
The position is on contract, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, and based at the Head Office in Karachi.
Requirements:
Masters’ degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration or relevant discipline from a reputable foreign / local Institution(s) recognized by HEC.
Not more than '58' years of age at time of submission of application
At least 15 years’ experience including 7 years in senior management level position in a reputable local or foreign organization.
Understanding and exposure of project planning and Implementation processes with Government of Pakistan.
Knowledge of designing and implementing projects related to technology, HR capacity building or marketing/branding of Gems & Jewellery in a reputable local or foreign organization.
Should have strong leadership qualities, Analytical, report writing and communication skills, well-developed work ethics and practical approach.
Demonstrated capability of networking and balancing interests of multiple stakeholders and interest groups.
The applicant must be a Pakistani National. Candidate with dual nationality are not eligible.

NOC from candidates already working in Government / Public sector organization is required from respective organization.
Final selection will be subject to clearing the interview , submission of HEC verified degrees.
