Position Overview

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is actively recruiting for the crucial role of Business Executive. This position is vital for expanding the company's reach and ensuring the efficient operation of its franchise network across numerous locations within Pakistan. Successful candidates will be instrumental in implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring business performance, and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

As a Business Executive, you will be tasked with meeting assigned business targets through effective sales and strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively monitoring franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
• Identifying and assessing potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
• Conducting ground verifications of potential franchisees, providing necessary product training, and ensuring smooth deployment of new franchises.
• Conducting visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
• Establishing and maintaining close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
• Preparing and presenting reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.

A proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management is highly desirable. Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools is also required for this role.

Educational Background and Experience

Candidates applying for the Business Executive role should have an Intermediate qualification, with a strong preference for a Bachelor's Degree from an HEC Recognized University. This educational background is considered a prerequisite for the position. In terms of experience, a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field is essential. This ensures that the successful candidate possesses the practical knowledge and expertise required to excel in the demanding aspects of business development and franchise management.

Terms and Conditions

Selected candidates will initially be hired for a contract period of 3 years, which is extendable if required. There will be an initial 6-month probation period. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. Any false information provided by a candidate will lead to disqualification. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates. Government and Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview. Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and smart watches are not allowed during the test/interview.
