Job Role: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at RIKSOF, you will play a crucial role in understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with clients, development teams, and project managers to ensure project success. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Creating detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Supporting project management in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
