Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Additional Qualification/Experience: (i) Must have completed a Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) course from a recognized institution. (ii) Minimum 5 years of experience in Bomb Disposal related work (Handling, Explosive & Demolition Searcher).
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (for Civilians) as of the application deadline (10.05.2025). A 5-year general age relaxation is applicable as per government rules. The cut-off date for age calculation concerning the previous advertisement (12-12-2024) is 05-09-1995. Relaxation for ex-servicemen up to 15 years (or actual service duration, whichever is less) might apply.

Application Process

1. Download the application form from the Pakistan Railways Police website: https://pakrailwayspolice.gov.pk.
2. Fill out the form accurately.
3. Attach attested copies of: Educational Certificates (Intermediate), BDU Course Certificate, Experience Certificate(s), Domicile, Character Certificate, CNIC (3 copies), 3 recent passport-size photographs, and an affidavit confirming no FIR registration.
4. Include a Postal Order of Rs. 500/- payable to 'AIG Admin Pakistan Railways Police'.
5. Send the application via registered post/courier to the relevant Railway Police Division office (likely Peshawar for KP quota) by **May 10, 2025 (midnight)**.
6. Candidates will undergo the standard selection process including Physical Test (if applicable), Written Test, Interview, and Medical Examination.
