Vacancy Details

Applications are invited from differently abled persons under the 5% quota, holding Domicile of District Mirpurkhas, for the vacant position of Beldar (BPS-02) at the office of the Executive Engineer Drainage Division Mirpurkhas. There are five (5) vacant posts available for this position.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum required qualification for the Beldar position is Primary Pass. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed as per Sindh Government Rules. Applicants must hold a Domicile certificate from Mirpurkhas district. Crucially, applicants must provide a Certificate of Disability issued either by the Boards constituted by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled persons (PCRDP) as per the Sindh Empowerment of persons with Disability Act-2018 or by the Civil Surgeon of the concerned District Mirpurkhas.

Terms and Conditions

The vacancies are initially offered on a purely temporary basis but are likely to become permanent after the successful completion of the probationary period. Employment can be terminated at any time during the probation period upon serving one month's notice.

Applicants already serving in Government should submit their applications through the proper channel. Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview. The selected candidate will be posted at the designated workplace within the division. No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

Application Method

Interested candidates must send their applications along with attested photocopies of academic qualifications, CNIC, Domicile, PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate), and two recent passport-size photographs. The application must also include the required Certificate of Disability.

Applications should be sent only through registered Courier to the office of the Executive Engineer Drainage Division, Mirpurkhas. If applying for multiple positions (e.g., Beldar and Khalasi), a separate application must be submitted for each post.

Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be considered. The deadline for application submission is 12 May, 2025.
