Job Overview

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is seeking to hire an HR firm for the provision of Audit Mentors and Sectoral Experts for its various offices across the country. The positions are as follows:

Bid Submission Details

Sealed bids are invited from firms/entities registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the e-PADS and FBR/PPRA websites: https://www.ppra.gov.pk/ and https://www.fbr.gov.pk/. Encrypted electronic bids, duly completed and conforming to the bidding documents, must be submitted online on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) website by 11:00 AM on April 23, 2025. Hard copies of sealed bids must be delivered to the address below by 11:00 AM on April 23, 2025.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will take place on April 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Conference Hall, FBR HQ, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders can join virtually using the following link: https://vic.fbr.gov.pk/meeting/ (Meeting ID: 317317, Passcode: 0147).
