Associate Professor (Anesthesia)

Role Overview

The Associate Professor of Anesthesia will be a senior member of the faculty, contributing significantly to clinical services, teaching, and research. You will be responsible for supervising junior staff and trainees, delivering high-quality anesthetic care, and participating actively in the academic programs of the institute. This role requires a strong clinical background and a commitment to medical education.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Applicant must have FCPS in Anesthesia, FRCA, Certification of the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), CCT, or another equivalent qualification in the specialty that is recognized and registered by the PMDC.
• Experience: The eligibility criteria for the position of Associate Professor shall be followed as per the latest PMDC Rules and MTI Act 2015. This typically requires several years of post-fellowship experience and a record of academic contributions.
• Preference: Preference will be given to applicants familiar with the latest techniques in the specialty and experience working with state-of-the-art facilities.
