Job Overview

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Assistant Vice President (AVP) – ESG (Environment, Social and Governance). The ideal candidate will develop and lead PMDC's ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with international frameworks such as GRI and SASB. This role involves overseeing health and safety initiatives, driving environmental goals, managing ESG data, and establishing governance frameworks.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution (16 years of education). A Master’s degree with additional certifications in the relevant field will be preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, including environmental strategy, ESG reporting, social impact strategy, and occupational health and safety in a management role. The maximum age limit is up to 45 years by the closing date of application.
