Qualifications and Experience

Generally, an FCPS/PhD or equivalent qualification in Medicine with relevant teaching/research experience as per HEC/PM&DC requirements is necessary. Preference is given to those with international qualifications.

Applicants must possess Sindh domicile. Those employed in Government or public sector institutions need to apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC. Age relaxation is subject to committee approval. Confidentiality of applicant information is assured.

2. Prepare a physical application package containing: 01 photograph, attested copies of qualifications, experience certificates, publications, Domicile, CNIC, three current referral letters, and a brief CV.
3. Include a non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 1500/- drawn in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.
4. Send the package via courier to: The Human Resource Directorate, Dow University of Health Sciences, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi, Pakistan.
5. Clearly write 'Assistant Professor - Medicine' on the top right of the envelope.
6. The deadline for receiving applications is 08 May, 2025.
7. Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained. A Pre-Interview Test (MCQs) might be conducted for shortlisting. Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. No TA/DA will be paid.
