Position Overview

Khyber Medical College (MTI), Peshawar, is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor (Grade-18, Regular Contract) in the following specialties: Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Orthopaedics.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria are based on:
a) PM&DC 2018 & Regulations by policy board for MTIs-KP
b) MTI Act, 2015 (amended time to time)
Note: For Surgery (Sr. 3(i)), candidates having experience in surgical oncology are encouraged to apply only. For Orthopaedics (Sr. 3(iv)), candidates having experience in orthopaedic oncology are encouraged to apply only.

Required Documents with Application

Attach attested testimonials, CNIC, other experience certificates and credentials (SSC/HSSC/MBBS/Academic certificates/Gold Medals/additional qualifications in relevant field/ACLS/ATLS/original research publications).

Application Process

1. Apply using the prescribed form available at http://www.kmc.edu.pk within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
2. Include a complete Resume/CV, CNIC, all educational documents, experience certificates, research publications, professional certifications, and other relevant attested documents.
3. Submit the names, email addresses, contact numbers, and designations of three referees.
4. Deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- into NBP, University Campus Branch, Peshawar (A/C No. NIDA-10-4) favoring Dean, KMC. Attach the original receipt.
5. Send the complete application to the Dean's Office, KMC.
6. Apply separately for each post if applying for multiple positions, with separate fees.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
8. Bring original documents to the interview.
9. No TA/DA is admissible.
