Job Overview
The Supreme Court of Pakistan invites applications from suitable Pakistani nationals for the post of Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16). Appointments will be conducted via Open Testing Service Pakistan (OTS) and allocated based on merit, regional quotas, and other specified criteria. This is a regular, full-time position within the prestigious judicial institution.Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:- Education: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Skills:
- Shorthand speed: 110 words per minute (wpm).
- Typing speed: 40 words per minute (wpm).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years. However, a general relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is admissible as per Establishment Division's O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 24/6/2010, making the effective maximum age 33 years.Vacancies Distribution (Quota)

General Terms and Conditions
- Age relaxation rules will be followed as per government policy.
- Applicants currently serving in Government Organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their administrative department at the time of the interview.
- Submission of incomplete application forms may lead to rejection.
- Original documents will be verified during the interview process. Providing false or incorrect information will result in the cancellation of candidature.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
