Position Overview

PMDC invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager (Sales Administration) on an open contract basis. This role is crucial for supporting the sales and marketing operations of the corporation. The position offers an open-term contract and a market-based negotiable salary.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager (Sales Administration) position must possess the following:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University. The study field should be in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics (equivalent to 16 years of education).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of Account Management, Marketing, Client Management, or Market Analytics.
• Age: 30 Years.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager (Sales Administration) will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting market research to understand the mining industry landscape, focusing on respective products such as coal, salt, and minerals.
• End-to-end administration of sales operations at project sites, ensuring alignment with overall marketing & sales strategies and goals.
• Coordinating with site managers to monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and tracking progress against targets.
• Generating regular sales reports for senior management.
