Job Overview

The Assistant General Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing HR functions within Rangers Security Guards Pvt. Ltd. This role requires managing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company's mission of providing security services in Sindh. The position is contractual and open to retired armed forces officers equivalent to the rank of Major for HR.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Recently retired from Armed Forces.
• Age not more than 55 years.
• Preferably should have served in a security company/res of Karachi.
