Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) invites applications for the position of Assistant Director Structures. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in civil and structural engineering, particularly with expertise in high-rise buildings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the technical department, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our ambitious development projects in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing structural designs for high-rise buildings.
• Ensuring compliance with seismic provisions and building codes.
• Overseeing projects involving steel structures and post-tensioning techniques.
• Evaluating building performance and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with engineering teams and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's OR Master's in Civil Engineering, preferably Master's in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum Experience: 6 years in a relevant field.
• Required Skills: Expertise in reviewing High-Rise Structures, Seismic Provisions, Steel Structures, Post-Tensioning, and Building performance. Valid PEC License/Certificate is required.

6. Valid PEC License/Certificate; PCATP Certificate, in case of Engineer / Architect shall be submitted.
7. The Appointing Authority reserves the right to accept/ reject candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
