The Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore, is seeking applications for various positions in the Punjab Prisons Department and Mines Labour Welfare Organization, Punjab, Mines & Minerals Department.

Position: Assistant Director (IT) (Software Developer) (BS-17)

Basic Scale, Name & Nature of Post: (BS-17) Assistant Director (IT) (Software Developer) (On Regular Basis), Open Merit
Prescribed Qualification/Experience as per Service Rules:
i) Sixteen Years’ education (First division) in Software Engineering from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; and
ii) Two years’ experience as Software Developer from a public or private sector organization.
Note:
i) Only such Practical Experience as obtained after the prescribed qualification shall be considered.
ii) Experience from private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP or any other regulatory authority.
Age: Male: 25 to 30 + 05 = 35 Years, Female: 25 to 30 + 08 = 38 Years. As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016 Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.
