Key Responsibilities

Independently identify, approach, and onboard new franchise/business locations.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and billing targets.
Travel extensively within the assigned region for regular franchisee visits and field supervision.
Motivate, train, and manage a network of franchisees and field staff.
Read regional performance data, identify underperformance, and take corrective field action.
