Position Overview

SIOVS is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Controller of Examination. This is a non-teaching position offered on a purely contractual basis. The Assistant Controller of Examination will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and conduct of all examinations at the institute. Key duties include managing examination schedules, preparing question papers, overseeing examination halls, ensuring secure handling of examination materials, and coordinating with faculty and students to ensure a smooth and fair examination process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications and Experience

While specific qualifications are to be found on the SIOVS website, an Assistant Controller of Examination typically requires a Master's degree in fields such as Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates should note that experience certificates and research papers will not be accepted after the last date of application. SIOVS reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel any/all positions at any stage. Canvassing will lead to disqualification. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
