Position Details

PSEB is seeking an Assistant Admin Officer to work on a contractual basis. The position reports to the Manager Administration and is based in Islamabad. The role involves supporting administrative functions within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, General Science, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
• Experience: At least three (03) years of relevant experience in administrative roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector organizations.
• Skills:
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  - Proficient in office productivity tools and applications.
  - Hands-on experience with office management software, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Age: Maximum age of 35 years.
