About the Role

The Assistant Admin & Finance will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and comprehensive documentation. Furthermore, the Assistant will manage daily financial transactions, which encompasses invoice preparation, timely payment processing, and meticulous receipt documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Management Sciences or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. This academic background provides the necessary analytical and theoretical framework for handling both administrative and financial responsibilities effectively.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required in an administrative, financial, or operational support role. This experience should demonstrate practical knowledge and skills in managing office functions and basic financial processes.
