Qualification and Experience

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of RO's and RM's within the assigned region.
• Motivating branches and direct sales teams to achieve monthly assigned targets.
• Guiding branches on processes, documentation, and after-sales support through regular branch visits.
