Chaudhary Builders is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Architect to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities

• Architectural design of houses and residential units.
• Design of commercial buildings, shops and offices.
• Space planning and efficient utilization of smaller plots, 5 marla / 8 marla / 10 marla / 1 Kanal.
• Preparation of floor plans, elevations and working drawings.
• Modern façade and exterior design.
• 3D visualization and presentation of concepts.
• Coordination with structural and MEP teams where required.
• Development of practical designs keeping construction costs in mind.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• Design and space-planning skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D/design software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and materials.
• Ability to develop attractive designs within limited budgets and plot sizes.
• Experience in residential and small-scale commercial projects preferred.
