About the Job

Chaudhary Builders is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Architect to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about residential and commercial design. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative floor plans, elevations, and working drawings while ensuring efficient utilization of plot spaces ranging from 5 marla to 1 kanal. You will work closely with structural and MEP teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural design of houses and residential units.
• Design of commercial buildings, shops, and offices.
• Space planning and efficient utilization of smaller plots, 5 marla / 8 marla / 10 marla / 1 Kanal.
• Preparation of floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Modern façade and exterior design with 3D visualization.
• Coordination with structural and MEP teams where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Strong design and space-planning skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D/design software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and materials.
• Ability to develop attractive designs within limited budgets and plot sizes.
• Experience in residential and small-scale commercial projects preferred.
