Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

As an Aquaculture Engineer (Civil) (PPS-6), your responsibilities will include the design and supervision of civil works for aquaculture farms, including ponds, water channels, drainage systems, and related infrastructure. You will conduct site assessments, prepare technical drawings, estimate project costs, and ensure construction activities comply with engineering standards and environmental regulations. Monitoring project progress, ensuring quality control, and providing technical support to field teams will also be part of your duties.

Candidates for this Aquaculture Engineer (Civil) job in Muzaffargarh must possess a Master's degree or a 4-year BS degree (or 8 semesters) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Registration as an Engineer with PEC is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field within a reputable public or private sector organization is required. The age limit for applicants is between 21 to 30 years. An initial salary of Rs. 120,000 per month will be offered, with annual increments based on performance.

Applicants must submit both online and hard copies, otherwise, their application will be considered incomplete. For males, a 5-year age relaxation is applicable, and for females, an 8-year age relaxation is applicable as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SORl(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC from their parent departments. Each post requires a separate application. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews via email or contact number, with no TA/DA admissible. The selection committee's decision will be final, and the competent authority reserves the right to cancel recruitment at any time without prior notice. Selected candidates will have no claim for permanent appointment.
