About the Role
Are you passionate about building GPT-based agents, automating workflows, and leveraging no-code tools to solve real business problems? We're looking for skilled AI Agent Builders to join The Remote Reps team!What You'll Be Doing
- Building & deploying GPT-based AI agents (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Automating workflows with Zapier, Make, Airtable, and Google Suite
- Creating smart automation flows for lead gen, inbox mgmt, SOPs & customer support
- Testing, iterating, and refining agent performance
- Documenting repeatable processes and staying ahead of the AI curve
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI tools & automation
- Familiarity with no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable)
- A problem-solver who can think creatively and ship fast
- Strong communicator and self-starter
- Bonus: Portfolio or proof of previous AI/automation projects
