About the Role
The Admin Officer will be a crucial support function within the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab Development Program, which is engaged in significant urban infrastructure development across 8 cities in Punjab. This position involves managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the PMU. The Admin Officer will play a vital role in creating a conducive and organized working environment for the project team and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration, including efficient management of supplies, equipment, and facility services.
- Manage official correspondence, systematic record-keeping, and robust document management systems.
- Coordinate meetings, facilitate seamless travel arrangements, and provide essential logistical support for PMU staff.
- Assist in fundamental human resource functions such as accurate attendance management and comprehensive personnel record maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with administrative policies and procedures, promoting an organized workflow.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have 16 years of education (equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Sciences from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institute. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in an administrative role is required. The maximum age limit for this position is 40 years, targeting capable and organized professionals.Application Process
