Job Overview

The Mardan Wildlife Division is seeking applications from eligible candidates domiciled in District Mardan & Swabi for the post of Wildlife Watcher (BPS-07). There are a total of 03 positions available on merit. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career dedicated to wildlife conservation and protection in the region.

Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be eligible for the Wildlife Watcher position:

• Educational Qualification: At least a 2nd class Intermediate certificate with Metric Science from a recognized Board.
• Age Limit: 18-30 years. Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

Physical Fitness Requirements

Applicants must meet the following physical standards:

• Height: Minimum five feet and six inches (5' 6').
• Chest Size: Minimum 34-36 inches.
• Eye Sight: V-6J (with glasses) each eye 6 x 6.
• Marathon: Must qualify a Marathon race of 2 Km within 20 minutes.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening (Written & Physical) tests based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
• All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and verify their CNIC No. from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying/depositing the fee.
• Interview calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
• The ETEA test will only be for initial screening; its scores will have no role in the selection process. Recruitment will be done purely under government rules/policy.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
• Selected candidates will have to undergo mandatory training as per rules at Forest Thai School Abbottabad.
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
• If any information/documents provided are found to be fake, false, or inaccurate at any stage, the application/appointment will be canceled, and legal action may be initiated.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Equivalent certificates for foreign degrees from HEC must be provided.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are required to follow the online application process:

1. Visit the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 12th May 2025.
7. Last date for submission of online Application is 30th May 2025.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile numbers.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
