Job Overview
The Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal, Punjab, is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the post of Warden (BPS-11) for various locations within Punjab. This is a contract position for an initial period of three years, extendable as per policy. The recruitment will adhere to the Government of Punjab's Contract Policy 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022.Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Matriculation (at least Second Division) from a government-recognized board.Age Limit: 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation for female candidates (8 years) and disabled candidates (15 years) will be applicable as per Government policy.
Domicile: Punjab.
Job Responsibilities (General)
The Warden will be responsible for the management and supervision of hostel/shelter home residents, ensuring discipline, safety, and welfare. Key duties include maintaining records, coordinating activities, and ensuring a conducive living environment for the residents.Posting Locations

Applications are invited on a 3-year contract basis. Recruitment will be conducted according to the Contract Policy 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.- Interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper.
- The application must include attested copies of: Educational Certificates, Domicile Certificate, CNIC, Experience Certificate (if any), and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Applications must reach the Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal, Punjab, 41-Empress Road, Near Shimla Pahari, Lahore, by 05 June, 2025, during office hours, via registered post or courier service.
- The name of the post applied for and the district must be clearly written on the envelope.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Government and Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- The 3% quota for disabled persons and 15% quota for women will be observed.
- Candidates already working in the department will be given preference for these posts according to the rules/court orders during their service period.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts or the recruitment process at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in any test/interview.
